Summarize the purpose or contents of a particular flow history entry.\n\n## Before you begin\n\nRole required: flow\\_designer or admin\n\n## About this task\n\nAnnotations are only visible from the sidebar History view.\n\n## Procedure\n\n1.  Navigate to **All** > **Process Automation** > **Workflow Studio**.\n\n2.  On the homepage, select **Flows**.\n\n3.  Open the flow whose flow history entries you want to annotate.\n\n4.  Select **Edit flow**.\n\n5.  From the sidebar view, select the **History** icon.\n\n6.  From the list of flow history entries, select the entry that you want to annotate.\n\n7.
