On your ServiceNow instance, navigate to **All** &gt; **Flow Designer** &gt; **Subflows**.\n\n2.  From the Actions list, select **Template - AWA Send Event**.\n\n3.  Select **Copy subflow** from the More Actions menu \\[Omitted image \"more-actions-ne-icon.png\"\\] Alt text: More actions menu., copy the contents of the **Template - AWA Send Event** subflow and provide a name to it.\n\n4.  Configure the action that you created in [Create a custom flow action](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/conversational-interfaces/advanced-work-assignment/create-custom-action.md).\n\n    1.  Select the Add an Action, Flow Logic, or Subflow.\n\n    2.
