Because the bot responses occur in third-party platforms, the format for each output may vary.\n\nThe following bot response controls are available for use within a Virtual Agent topic.\n\n-   **[Text bot response control](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/conversational-interfaces/virtual-agent/va-text-response.md)**  \nUse the Text bot response control in a Virtual Agent topic to display a bot response as text. You can format the Text bot responses using the text editor controls.
