To enable this feature, see [Activate Workforce Optimization for CS configurable workspace](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/customer-service-management/request-configurable-wfo-cs.md).\n\nRole required: learning\\_admin\n\n## About this task\n\n**Applications to integrate third-party learning sites**\n\nActivating the Coaching with Learning \\(sn\\_coach\\_lrn\\) plugin enables the following applications from the ServiceNow Store:\n\n-   [Enterprise Service Management Integrations Framework](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/employee-service-management/hr-integrations-framework.md)\n-   Cornerstone spoke\n-   Pluralsight spoke\n-   Udemy spoke\n\n## Procedure\n\n1.  Create the integration source for each of your third-party systems.\n\n    **Note:** Cornerstone, Pluralsight, and Udemy integrations are available by default.\n\n    1.  Navigate to **Integrations Framework** &gt; **Source**\n    2.  Select **New**.\n    3.  In the **Name** field, enter the name of the integration source, for example, Pluralsight.\n    4.  Right-click the form header and select **Save**.\n    5.  In the Integration Services related list that appears, select **New**.\n    6.  On the form, fill in the fields:\n\n<table id=\"table_kfz_z3j_ppb\"><thead><tr><th>\n\nField\n\n</th><th>\n\nDescription\n\n</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>\n\nName\n\n</td><td>\n\nName of the integration service, for example, Pluralsight.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nImport set tables\n\n</td><td>\n\nList of intermediate tables which store records from the third-party system.**Note:** This field is enabled only when a Scheduled pull service is selected in the **Service type** field.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nFlow\n\n</td><td>\n\nFlow that interacts with the third-party system to pull the required data.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nActive\n\n</td><td>\n\nOption to indicate that the integration service is available for use.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nApplication\n\n</td><td>\n\nApplication which includes the integration service record.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nSource\n\n</td><td>\n\nName of the third-party system with which you want to integrate your application.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nOrder\n\n</td><td>\n\nOrder in which you want to run transformation scripts.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nService type\n\n</td><td>\n\nOption to indicate the type of service **Scheduled pull** or **Ondemand Push**.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nRetry policy\n\n</td><td>\n\nConfiguration set to push a record if the last push fails.**Note:** This field appears only when an Ondemand Push service is selected in the **Service type** field.\n\n</td></tr></tbody>\n</table>    7.  Select **Submit**.\n2. Follow the steps in [Set up the Pluralsight spoke](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/integrate-applications/setup-pluralsight-spk.md) to perform the integration.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td id=\"d137542e324\">\n\n**Cornerstone application**\n\n</td><td>\n\nRegister an OAuth application in Cornerstone and authenticate requests from ServiceNow. Follow the steps in [Set up the Cornerstone spoke](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/integrate-applications/setup-cornerstone.md) to perform the integration.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td id=\"d137542e337\">\n\n**Udemy application**\n\n</td><td>\n\n**Note:** You must manually configure fields such as logos and course reassignments in the learning system configuration table.\n\n</td></tr></tbody>\n</table>    The records from the third-party content are pulled into your ServiceNow instance using and API call. To successfully run this API call, you must do the following:\n\n    1.  In the application navigator, enter `sys_properties.list`.\n    2.  For each of the following properties, set the value to **1638400**:\n        -   com.glide.transform.json.max-partial-length\n        -   com.snc.process\\_flow.reporting.serialized.val\\_size\\_limit\n    For more information on these system properties, see [Coaching With Learning System Properties](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/customer-service-management/components-installed-configurable-wfo-cs.md).\n\n3.  Activate schedule flows to integrate third-party learning content.\n\n    1.  Navigate to **Process Automation** &gt; **Flow Designer**\n    2.  In the **Flows** section, select each of the following flows and select **Activate**:\n        -   Trigger Cornerstone Learning Sync\n        -   Trigger Pluralsight Learning Sync\n        -   Trigger Udemy Learning Sync\n    3.  Navigate to **Learning** &gt; **Administration** &gt; **Learning System Configuration**\n    4.  Select each of the third-party learning sources and set the **Active** field to **true**.\n    Schedule flows automatically run on a scheduled basis to synchronize third-party learning content into your ServiceNow instance.\n\n4.  After [configuring the third-party integration sources](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/customer-service-management/integration-source-coaching-with-learning-coaching-wfo-cs.md), you can refresh the entire third-party content or synchronize new and updated services into your ServiceNow instance.\n\n    -   To refresh the entire content, set the **full\\_pull** property to **true**.\n\n        **Note:** We recommend that you periodically refresh the entire content.\n\n    -   To synchronize new and updated services, set the **full\\_pull** property to **false**.\n    1.  Open any integration source for which you want to pull content.\n    2.
