{"revision":"c10276e953456835cdbb1f3a60d58ae1980be353","document":{"id":12211,"path":"employee-service-management/legal-gifts-and-entertainment/lsd-ge-approval-workflow.md","title":"Configure approval workflow for Gifts and Entertainment Compliance","bundle":null,"doc_type":null,"release":"australia","body":"\n# Configure approval workflow for Gifts and Entertainment Compliance\n\nReview the flows installed with the Gifts and Entertainment Compliance application and configure them to align to your company's policy.\n\n## Before you begin\n\nEnsure that the Gifts and Entertainment Compliance application scope is selected.\n\nRole required: sn\\_lg\\_gifts.gifts\\_config\n\n## About this task\n\nGifts and Entertainment Compliance uses the Gifts Approval flow to trigger multi-level approvals when an employee submits a gifts and entertainment disclosure request\n\nThe flows are built using ServiceNow Workflow Studio, so make sure you’re familiar with the [Flow Designer](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/application-development/flow-designer.md) basics.\n\n## Procedure\n\n1.  Navigate to **All** > **Process Automation** > **Flow Designer**.\n\n2.  Find the **Gifts Approval** and click the name of the flow to open.\n\n3.  Modify the trigger to set the conditions for the flow to trigger, and actions to add or update the approval levels.\n\n    For information on how to create or modify flows, see [Create a flow](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/build-workflows/create-flow.md).\n\n4.  Click **Save**.\n\n5.
