{"revision":"c10276e953456835cdbb1f3a60d58ae1980be353","document":{"id":14497,"path":"field-service-management/appointment-booking-components.md","title":"Appointment booking components","bundle":null,"doc_type":null,"release":"australia","body":"\n# Appointment booking components\n\nThe roles, properties, and tables for the appointment booking feature.\n\nThis plugin activates the Appointment Booking Demo Data \\(com.snc.appointment\\_booking\\_demo\\) plugin which provides the demo data.\n\nAppointment booking adds the Appointment Booking menu to the application navigator and the following modules:\n\n-   **Appointment Booking Configuration**: Use this module to create an appointment booking configuration for an application and then configurations for each service within that application.\n-   **Appointment Bookings**: Use this module to view a list of appointments that have been booked for services. This list includes the work orders associated with each appointment.\n\n## Roles\n\nAppointment booking adds the following roles.\n\n<table id=\"table_iyg_cvj_jbb\"><thead><tr><th>\n\nRole\n\n</th><th>\n\nDescription\n\n</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>\n\nAppointment booking admin\\[sn\\_apptmnt\\_booking.appointment\\_booking\\_admin\\]\n\n</td><td>\n\nCreates appointment booking configurations for services within an application.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nAppointment booking manager\\[sn\\_apptmnt\\_booking.appointment\\_booking\\_manager\\]\n\n</td><td>\n\nCreates and updates appointment booking records.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nAppointment booking user\\[sn\\_apptmnt\\_booking.appointment\\_booking\\_user\\]\n\n</td><td>\n\nBooks appointments for services from the Customer or Consumer Service Portal.
