The default scope is Global.\n\n## Procedure\n\n1.  Navigate to **All** > **System Applications** > **Application Restricted Caller Access**.\n\n2.  Select **New**.\n\n3.  On the form, fill in the fields with the following information.\n\n    |Field|Entry|\n    |-----|-----|\n    |Source Scope|Grants Management Playbook|\n    |Source Type|Script Include|\n    |Source|GrantManagementUtilImpl|\n    |Status|Allowed|\n    |Target Scope|Document Templates|\n    |Target Type|Table|\n    |Target|Table: HTML Template|\n    |Operation|Read|\n\n4.  Select **Submit**.\n\n5.  Select **New**.\n\n6.  On the form, fill in the fields with the following information.\n\n    |Field|Entry|\n    |-----|-----|\n    |Source Scope|Grants Management Playbook|\n    |Source Type|Script Include|\n    |Source|GrantManagementUtilImpl|\n    |Status|Allowed|\n    |Target Scope|Document Templates|\n    |Target Type|Script Include|\n    |Target|Script Include: HtmlTemplateUtils|\n    |Operation|Execute API|\n\n7.
