The endpoint enables webhooks to connect with your ServiceNow instance.\n\n## Before you begin\n\nRole required: admin\n\n## Configure triggers in ServiceNow instance\n\nConfigure endpoint for webhooks in the Aha! that support the token authentication.\n\n### Before you begin\n\nRole required: flow\\_designer and connection\\_admin\n\n### Procedure\n\n1.  Navigate to **All** > **Process Automation** > **Workflow Studio**.\n\n2.  Click the **Integrations** tab.\n\n3.  Toggle and enable the **Inbound** connections.\n\n4.  Locate the **Aha! Copy the generated endpoint URL.\n\n    \\[Omitted image \"aha-ext-triggers4.jpg\"\\] Alt text:\n\n\n## Add the endpoint URL in Aha!\n\nAdd the endpoint URL that is generated in your ServiceNow instance in the Aha! account to enable webhooks to connect with your ServiceNow instance.\n\n### Before you begin\n\nRole required: admin\n\n### Procedure\n\n1.  Log in to Aha! Workspace as an admin.\n\n2.  Click user profile and navigate to **SETTINGS** > **Workspace**.\n\n3.  Under **Integrations**, click **+** to add an integration.\n\n4.  Under **API**, click **+ Activity webhook**.\n\n5.  On the form, for **Hook URL** paste the generated endpoint URL that was generated after you configured triggers in the ServiceNow instance.\n\n    For more information, see [Configure triggers in ServiceNow instance](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/integrate-applications/integration-hub/aha-ext-triggers.md).\n\n6.  Select the activities and users as per your requirement.\n\n    For the list supported events, see the [Spoke triggers](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/integrate-applications/integration-hub/aha-spoke.md) section.\n\n7.  Select the **Valid certificate**, **Reduce webhook delay**, and **Enable** check boxes.\n\n8.  Click **Add activity**.\n\n\n"}}
