For version history of the spoke, see [Blue Prism spoke release notes](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/r/store-release-notes/store-integrationhub-rn-blue-prism.html).\n\n## Spoke dependencies\n\nIf you’re having trouble installing the app, ensure that these dependent plugins are installed:\n\n-   ServiceNow Integration Hub Runtime \\(com.glide.hub.integration.runtime\\)\n-   ServiceNow Workflow Studio - Dynamic Outputs \\(com.glide.hub.dynamic\\_outputs\\)\n-   Complex Object \\(com.glide.cobject\\)\n-   ServiceNow Flow Designer - Dynamic Inputs \\(com.glide.hub.dynamic\\_inputs\\)\n-   ServiceNow Integration Hub Action Step - SOAP \\(com.glide.hub.action\\_step.soap\\)\n-   ServiceNow Integration Hub Action Step - XML Parser \\(com.glide.hub.action\\_step.xmlparser\\)\n\n**Note:** Some of these plugins are licensable features and require an appropriate license if used outside the spoke implementation. For information on licenses, contact your account manager.\n\n## Supported versions\n\nThis spoke was built for Blue Prism Process Dispatch Framework version 2.6, but may be compatible with later versions.\n\n## Spoke Requirements\n\nBlue Prism account.\n\n## Spoke flows and subflows\n\nThis spoke has no flows and subflows.\n\n## Spoke actions\n\nThe Blue Prism spoke provides actions to automate Blue Prism tasks when events occur in ServiceNow. Available actions include:\n\n|Category|Action|Description|\n|--------|------|-----------|\n|Job Management|Get Job Status|Retrieves the status of the specified job.|\n|List Job Outputs|Retrieves the list of outputs of a job associated with the specified session ID.|\n|Start Job|Executes a job with the specified inputs on the Blue Prism environment.|\n|Process Management|Get Process Parameters|Retrieves the list of parameters for the specified process on the Blue Prism environment.|\n|List Processes|Retrieves the list of processes on the Blue Prism environment.|\n|Utilities|Generate Collection Inputs|Creates a formatted string of the collection type.
