After you configure the inbound transactions, the Redox engine can make calls to the ServiceNow REST Application Programming Interface \\(API\\). The outbound setup enables the ServiceNow instance to get authenticated and connect with the Redox engine.\n\n## Procedure\n\n1. [Create a Redox Electronic Health Record Spoke connection and credential record](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/integrate-applications/integration-hub/redox-setup.md).\n\n This procedure enables the outbound transactions.\n\n2.
