{"revision":"c10276e953456835cdbb1f3a60d58ae1980be353","document":{"id":21418,"path":"integrate-applications/integration-hub/set-up-fb-wp.md","title":"Set up Workplace from Facebook spoke","bundle":null,"doc_type":null,"release":"australia","body":"\n# Set up Workplace from Facebook spoke\n\nIntegrate the ServiceNow instance and your Workplace from Facebook account using the Workplace from Facebook credentials to authenticate ServiceNow requests.\n\n## Before you begin\n\n-   Request an Integration Hub subscription\n-   Activate the Workplace from Facebook spoke\n-   Role required: admin.\n\n## Procedure\n\n1.  Navigate to **All** > **Workplace from Facebook** > **Install on your Workplace**.\n\n2.  Click **Install on your Workplace**.\n\n    You will redirected to the [Workplace sign-up/sign-in](https://work.workplace.com/) page.\n\n3.  Log in to your Workplace from Facebook account using your credentials.\n\n    Add ServiceNow Spoke to Workplace pop-up window is displayed.\n\n4. Click **Done**.\n\n    You will be redirected back to your ServiceNow instance and the relevant fields are updated.\n\n6.  If you want to create multiple connection records, perform these steps:\n\n    1.  Navigate to **Process Automation** > **Flow Designer**.\n\n    2.  Click the **Connections** tab.\n\n    3.  Locate the **FB\\_Workplace\\_Alias** connection alias and click **View Details**.\n\n    4.  Click **Add Connection**.\n\n    5.  Provide a name to identify the new connection record for **Connection Name**.\n\n    6.  Click **Create Connection**.\n\n    7.  Navigate to **All** > **Workplace from Facebook** > **Credentials**.\n\n    8.  Open the credential record that is associated with the connection record you had created.\n\n    9.  Click **Install on your Workplace**.\n\n        You will redirected to the [Workplace sign-up/sign-in](https://work.workplace.com/) page.\n\n    10. Log in to your Workplace from Facebook account using your credentials.\n\n        Add ServiceNow Spoke to Workplace pop-up window is displayed.\n\n    11. Click **Add to Workplace**.\n\n        The ServiceNow spoke is added to Workplace account and a confirmation message is displayed.\n\n    12. Click **Done**.\n\n        You will be redirected back to your ServiceNow instance and the relevant fields are updated.\n\n\n## Result\n\nThe Workplace from Facebook account is integrated with your ServiceNow instance.\n\n"}}
