{"revision":"c10276e953456835cdbb1f3a60d58ae1980be353","document":{"id":21561,"path":"integrate-applications/integration-hub/setup-roadmunk.md","title":"Set up the Roadmunk spoke","bundle":null,"doc_type":null,"release":"australia","body":"\n# Set up the Roadmunk spoke\n\nIntegrate the ServiceNow instance and Roadmunk by using an API access token to authenticate ServiceNow requests.\n\n## Before you begin\n\n-   Request an Integration Hub subscription.\n-   Activate the Roadmunk spoke.\n-   Roadmunk role required: Account Admin.\n-   Role required: admin.\n\n## Generate a Roadmunk API access token\n\nGenerate an API access token that authorizes access to the Roadmunk GraphQL API.\n\n### Before you begin\n\nRole required: Roadmunk Account Admin\n\n### Procedure\n\n1.  From a web browser, open [Roadmunk](https://roadmunk.com/).\n\n2.  Log in using your account admin credentials.\n\n    The Roadmunk dashboard opens.\n\n3.  On the left navigation menu of the Roadmunk dashboard, click your profile icon and then select **Account Settings**.\n\n    Your account settings open.\n\n4.  On the page header of your account settings, select the **Integrations** tab.\n\n5.  Under Existing Integrations, click **Add an integration**.\n\n6.  When prompted to select an integration to configure, select **API Tokens**.\n\n    The Roadmunk API Tokens form opens.\n\n7.  Enter a name for your API access token in the **Application Name** field.\n\n8.  Click **Create API Token**.\n\n    The API access token generates and then the API Token Created dialog box opens.\n\n9.  On the dialog box, copy your API access token by clicking **Copy To Clipboard**.\n\n    Save it in a secure location for later use.\n\n\n## Create a Roadmunk connection\n\nCreate a connection between your Roadmunk applications and your ServiceNow instance so that your instance can retrieve user data from your applications.\n\n### Before you begin\n\nRole required: admin\n\n### Procedure\n\n1.  From your ServiceNow instance, navigate to **Process Automation** > **Flow Designer**.\n\n    The Flow Designer launches in a new tab.\n\n2.  Select the **Connections** tab.\n\n3.  Locate your Roadmunk connection and then click **Add Connection**.\n\n    The Create Connection dialog box opens.\n\n4.  On the dialog box, fill in the fields.\n\n    |Field|Description|\n    |-----|-----------|\n    |Connection Information|\n    |Connection Name|Name of the Roadmunk connection. This field populates automatically.|\n    |Connection URL|URL for the connection. This field is automatically set to **https://app-gateway.roadmunk.com**, where **app** is the default geographic region \\(North America\\) in which the connection is being created. If you are creating the connection outside of the default **app** \\(North America\\) region, you can change the value of the region to either **eu** \\(Europe\\) or **apac** \\(Asia-Pacific Region\\).|\n    |Credential Information|\n    |API Token|API access token that authorizes access to the Roadmunk GraphQL API. Enter the same API access token that you generated in [Generate a Roadmunk API access token](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/integrate-applications/integration-hub/setup-roadmunk.md).|\n\n5.
