{"revision":"c10276e953456835cdbb1f3a60d58ae1980be353","document":{"id":22726,"path":"intelligent-experiences/ai-control-tower/ai-eval-config.md","title":"Configuring evaluations","bundle":null,"doc_type":null,"release":"australia","body":"\n# Configuring evaluations\n\nConfigure conversation evaluations by disabling evaluations, adjusting execution logic and thresholds, and tuning scoring weights.\n\n## Disable evaluations\n\n**Prerequisites**\n\nUpdate must be created.\n\nDisable evaluations:\n\n1.  Navigate to **Process Automation** > **Flow Designer** and select **Flows**.\n2.  Select the Execute Evaluation flow.\n3.  Select **Deactivate**.\n\n## Change the evaluation execution conditions\n\nChange the evaluation execution conditions:\n\n1.  Navigate to **System Definition** > **Script Includes**.\n2.  Search for and select the script Include `evalExecuteCondition`.\n3.  In the **Script** field, modify the executeEvaluation method.\n    -   Input: The method receives the conversation reference record as a parameter.\n    -   To restrict by user profile, use the initiatedUser variable \\(contains the user’s sys\\_id\\).\n4.  Use GlideRecord queries or other logic as needed to implement custom execution conditions.\n5.  Save and test in a non-production environment before promoting.\n\n## Set the daily limit on evaluations\n\nSet a maximum daily limit on evaluations:\n\n1.  Navigate to **All** > **System Properties** > **All Properties** \\(sys\\_properties.list\\).\n2.  Search for and select the property **sn\\_na\\_conv\\_eval.maxEvaluateCount**.\n3.  Set the **Value** field to the desired integer value to limit the maximum number of evaluations created per day.\n\n## Configure the minimum records for error bands\n\nSet the minimum number of records required to calculate the error band for upper and lower deviation:\n\n1.  Navigate to **All** > **System Properties** > **All Properties** \\(sys\\_properties.list\\).\n2.  Search for and select the property **sn\\_na\\_conv\\_eval.errorBandMinRecords**.\n3.  Set the **Value** field to the desired integer value to define the minimum number of records required before upper and lower error bands are calculated.\n\n## Adjust skill weights for the composite score\n\nSet the weights for each evaluation metric for chat evaluation, which are used to compute total and composite scores on evaluation records:\n\n1.  Navigate to **All** > **System Properties** > **All Properties** \\(sys\\_properties.list\\).\n2.  Search for and select the property **sn\\_na\\_conv\\_eval.evalWeights**.\n3.  Update only the value components for each skill.\n\n    The composite score is calculated as Sum\\(Skill Score × Skill Weight\\) / Sum\\(Skill Weights\\).\n\n\n"}}
