It creates or updates files, looks up file content, and looks up commits, commit information, and commit comments.\n\n## Workflow\n\nThe agent helps the user read, change, and review files and commits in a GitHub repository.\n\n1.  Ask the user what they want to do and collect the details the action needs, such as the repository, branch, and file path.\n2.  Look up the content of a file.\n3.  Create or update a file.\n4.  Look up the commits on a repository or a commit's information by ID.\n5.  Look up the comments on a commit.\n6.
