It sends emails, text messages, and letters and looks up notifications and their status.\n\n## Workflow\n\nThe agent helps the user send and track GOV.UK Notify messages.\n\n1.  Ask the user what they want to do and collect the details the action needs, such as the recipient, content, or notification ID.\n2.  Send an email after validating the recipient and content.\n3.  Send a text message after validating the phone number and content.\n4.  Send a letter after validating the recipient details and content.\n5.  Look up notifications or a notification's status by ID.\n6.
