It attaches files or URLs to sheets and looks up a specific attachment or a sheet's attachments.\n\n## Workflow\n\nThe agent helps the user add and find attachments on Smartsheet sheets.\n\n1.  Ask the user what they want to do and collect the details the action needs, such as the sheet ID and the file or URL.\n2.  Look up an attachment by ID or list a sheet's attachments.\n3.  Attach a file to a sheet.\n4.  Attach a URL to a sheet.\n5.
