It creates, updates, and removes users and looks up users by ID or the admin user.\n\n## Workflow\n\nThe agent helps the user manage Smartsheet user accounts.\n\n1.  Ask the user what they want to do and collect the details the action needs, such as the user ID or email.\n2.  Look up a user by ID or look up the admin user.\n3.  Create a new user.\n4.  Update an existing user.\n5.  Remove a user.\n6.
