This plugin includes demo data and activates related plugins if they are not already active.\n\n## Before you begin\n\nRole required: admin\n\n## About this task\n\nChange Management - Risk Assessment activates these related plugins if they are not already active.\n\n<table id=\"table_rvr_yk2_3w\"><thead><tr><th>\n\nPlugin\n\n</th><th>\n\nDescription\n\n</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>\n\nAssessment Components\\[com.snc.assessment\\]\n\n</td><td>\n\nProvides the core components required for legacy surveys.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nBest Practice - Change Risk Calculator\\[com.snc.bestpractice.change\\_risk\\]\n\n</td><td>\n\nProvides simple risk and impact calculations for change management.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nAssessment Designer\\[com.glide.assessment\\_designer\\]\n\n</td><td>\n\nProvides an interface to create and edit the Change Risk Assessment form that is required to collect user information on risk of the change request.\n\n</td></tr></tbody>\n</table>## Procedure\n\n1.  Navigate to **All** &gt; **System Applications** &gt; **All Available Applications** &gt; **All**.\n\n2.  Find the plugin using the filter criteria and search bar.\n\n    You can search for the plugin by its name or ID. If you cannot find a plugin, you might have to request it from ServiceNow personnel.\n\n3.  Select **Install** to start the installation process.\n\n    **Note:** When domain separation and delegated admin are enabled in an instance, the administrative user must be in the **global** domain. Otherwise, the following error appears: `Application installation is unavailable because another operation is running: Plugin Activation for <plugin name>.`\n\n    You will see a message after installation is completed.
