This allows you to activate extra logging targeted at whenever that script include is invoked via a task SLA. For example, if you know of an issue with the **TaskSLAworkflow** script include, you can use **the com.snc.sla.workflow.log** property to enable logging on that script include. These properties are all set to **Notice** level by default.\n\n<table id=\"table_z2v_q3y_2r\"><thead><tr><th>\n\nSLA Logging Property\n\n</th><th>\n\nDescription\n\n</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>\n\ncom.snc.sla.task\\_sla\\_controller.log\n\n</td><td>\n\nLogging level for TaskSLAController\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\ncom.snc.sla.task\\_sla.log\n\n</td><td>\n\nLogging level for TaskSLA\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\ncom.snc.sla.condition.log\n\n</td><td>\n\nLogging level for SLAConditionBase\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\ncom.snc.sla.workflow.log\n\n</td><td>\n\nLogging level for TaskSLAworkflow\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\ncom.snc.sla.calculatorng.log\n\n</td><td>\n\nLogging level for SLACalculatorNG\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\ncom.snc.sla.repair.log\n\n</td><td>\n\nLogging level for SLARepair \\([SLA repair](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/it-service-management/service-level-management/c_RepairSLAs.md) must be enabled to use this\\)\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\ncom.snc.sla.log.destination\n\n</td><td>\n\nLogging output destination.Select the log destination: either output to both the Database and node logs \\(the default\\), or output to node logs only.\n\n Database and node logs \\(**gs.log**\\) are visible as system logs from ServiceNow, node logs \\(**gs.print**\\) only appear in log files.\n\n</td></tr></tbody>\n</table>### Logging levels\n\nThe following logging levels are available for the **Logging level for...** properties:\n\n|Level|Name|Description|\n|-----|----|-----------|\n|Emerg|Emergency|Total failure.|\n|Alert|Alert|System corruption of a database, for example.|\n|Crit|Critical|Typically used for hardware errors, for example.|\n|Err|Errors|Errors|\n|Warning|Warnings|Warnings|\n|Notice|Notice|Possible action required but not essential.|\n|Info|Informative|No action required.|\n|Debug|Debugging|Generally not used except for capturing everything for fault-finding.|\n\n**Note:** By default, logging levels are set to **Notice**\n\n## SLA repair properties\n\nAdministrators can manage the SLA repair function using system properties.\n\nNavigate to **Service Level Management** &gt; **Properties** &gt; **SLA Repair** to view [SLA repair](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/it-service-management/service-level-management/c_RepairSLAs.md) properties.\n\n<table id=\"table_dfk_jkh_gr\"><thead><tr><th>\n\nProperty name\n\n</th><th>\n\nDescription\n\n</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>\n\ncom.snc.sla.repair.enabled\n\n</td><td>\n\nEnable SLA repair.
