{"revision":"c10276e953456835cdbb1f3a60d58ae1980be353","document":{"id":38985,"path":"platform-administration/localization-framework/create-custom-tms.md","title":"Create a custom translation management system","bundle":null,"doc_type":null,"release":"australia","body":"\n# Create a custom translation management system\n\nConfigure Localization Framework with a third-party translation management system of your choice to localize an artifact.\n\n## Before you begin\n\nRoles required: localization\\_admin and flow\\_designer\n\nEnsure that the Localization Framework Installer plugin \\(com.glide.localization\\_framework.installer\\) is activated.\n\n## Procedure\n\n1.  Navigate to **All** &gt; **Localization Framework** &gt; **TMS Configuration**.\n\n    **Note:** By default, RWS, and XTM translation management system configurations are available.\n\n2.  Click **New**.\n\n3.  In the TMS Configuration form, fill in the fields.\n\n<table id=\"table_shk_rfz_snb\"><thead><tr><th>\n\nField\n\n</th><th>\n\nDescription\n\n</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>\n\nName\n\n</td><td>\n\nIdentifier of the TMS configuration.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nRequest translation subflow\n\n</td><td>\n\nIntegrationHub subflow that interacts with the third-party translation management system to request translations.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nRetrieve translation subflow\n\n</td><td>\n\nIntegrationHub subflow that interacts with the third-party translation management system to retrieve translated content.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nApplication\n\n</td><td>\n\nThe scope of the application. The default value is Global.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nVersion\n\n</td><td>\n\nVersion of the contract used in subflows. The default value is **v1.**\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nEnable auto retrieval\n\n</td><td>\n\nOption to retrieve the translated content automatically.When selected, the translations are retrieved as per the scheduled jobs which run daily.\n\n</td></tr></tbody>\n</table>4.
