{"revision":"c10276e953456835cdbb1f3a60d58ae1980be353","document":{"id":40312,"path":"platform-security/access-control/export-access-analyzer-queries.md","title":"Export Access Analyzer queries","bundle":null,"doc_type":null,"release":"australia","body":"\n# Export Access Analyzer queries\n\nExport the results from an Access Analyzer query.\n\n## Before you begin\n\nRole required: access\\_analyzer\\_admin\n\nThe following procedure describes the steps for accessing Access Analyzer and using various features within Access Analyzer.\n\n**Note:** Access Analyzer is a ServiceNow® Store product.\n\n## Procedure\n\n1.  Navigate to **All** > **Access Analyzer** > **Analyze Permissions**.\n\n    The system displays the **Analyze access and permissions** homepage.\n\n2.  Select your criteria as follows:\n\n    |Field|Description|\n    |-----|-----------|\n    |Analyze by \\*|Analyze access for a user, a role, or a group.|\n    |Select user \\*|Specify a user name to select from the list.|\n    |Rule type \\*|Analyze access for a table, UI page, REST Endpoint, or a client callable script include.|\n    |Select table \\*|Specify a table name to select from the list.|\n    |Select record|Specify a record name to select from the list.|\n    |Select field|Specify a field name to select from the list.|\n\n3.  Specify the description in the **Description** field.\n\n4. Similarly, you can analyze the permissions of a Group or Role for the following rule types:\n\n    -   Table \\(record\\)\n    -   Client callable script include\n    -   REST endpoints\n    Access Analyzer displays **Access results** for the selected rule type.\n\n    \\[Omitted image \"permissions-for-a-user.png\"\\] Alt text: Permission results\n\n5.  Click **Export**.\n\n    1.
