However, you can't use Data Source to post the data to the FTP server.\n\nRole required: admin\n\n## About this task\n\nIntegrate your FTP Server to export all the confirmed orders using Flow Designer.\n\n## Procedure\n\n1.  Navigate to **All** > **Procurement Integration** > **Ordering** > **Outbound Orders**.\n\n    A list of outbound orders appears.\n\n    Use the Flow Designer to automate processes of data movement from ServiceNow to third-party applications. Flow Designer lets you move the procurement data between a ServiceNow instance and external applications, data sources, and services.\n\n\n## Example\n\nYou can use Flow Designer subflows to move the data into a mid server and then to external resources. Here is a quick example for processing the **Purchase Order Queue**.\n\n-   Look up for FTP integration record with the supplier ID. For example, **Process Purchase Order Outbound Queue**.\n-   Generate Purchase Order payload.\n-   Push to Mid server.\n-   Wait for duration of time.\n-   Push to FTP server.\n-   Assign subflow outputs.\n-   Add an action, flow logic, or subflow as required.\n\n    **Note:** Based on your business requirements, add additional actions, triggers, or subflows.\n\n\n**Parent Topic:**[Perform export steps](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/source-to-pay-operations/sourcing-and-procurement-operations/validate-errors.md)\n\n**Related topics**  \n\n\n[MID Server](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/servicenow-platform/mid-server-landing.md)\n\n[Introduction to credentials, connections, and aliases](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/platform-security/credentials-connections-alias.md)\n\n"}}
