It as an alternative to flow designer, giving more options for implementing product configurations.\n\nFor more information about Flow actions for fulfillment subflow definition, see [Flow actions for fulfillment subflow definition](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/order-management/order-mgt-flow-actions-fulfillment-subflows.md).\n\nWhen the template is configured for a specification, the domain order creation automatically searches for a matching template, based on the task's specification and action of domain order. When a template match is found, the template is applied to generate the order tasks under the domain order. To learn more about task plan template, see [Task plan templates](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/customer-service-management/task-plan-templates.md).\n\n**Important:** Automatic closure of domain orders is currently inactive and will require a custom implementation.\n\n## Benefits of task plan template\n\nIt enables non-technical users to do the following:\n\n- Define fulfillment journeys.\n- Manage task dependencies for simple task creation without developer involvement.\n- Reduce IT dependency.\n- Accelerate deployment of new offerings.\n\n## Create a task plan template\n\nYou can create a task plan template by following these steps.\n\n<table id=\"table_xq4_wp2_k3c\"><thead><tr><th>\n\nStep\n\n</th><th>\n\nExplanation\n\n</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>\n\n[Create a task plan template](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/customer-service-management/create-task-plan-template.md).\n\n</td><td>\n\nCreate the template and set the conditions as to when the template applies.- The template functions as a container or group of template items.\n- The template identifies a plan to apply the associated template items.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\n[Configure task plan template](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/telecom-media-technology/configure-task-plan-template.md)\n\n</td><td>\n\nTo add conditions to a template item that determines when a template item is applicable.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\n[Create one or more template items](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/customer-service-management/create-task-plan-template-item.md).\n\n</td><td>\n\nCreate the template items to include in the task plan template.
