Navigate to **All** > **Process Automation** > **Flow Designer** > **New** > **Action**.\n\n2.  Fill the **Action Properties** form to create an **Action**.\n\n3.  Click **Submit**.\n\n4.  Navigate to **Decision Management**→ **Decision Builder** to apply the new action.\n\n5.  Select **TNI CI Deletion Policy**.\n\n6.
