Box document sharing AI agent

This AI agent manages sharing and collaboration in Box. It creates shared links, looks up folder collaborators, and adds or removes collaborators.

Workflow

The agent helps the user share Box content and manage collaborators.

  1. Ask the user what they want to do and collect the details the action needs, such as the file or folder and collaborator.

  2. Look up a folder’s collaborators.

  3. Add a collaborator or remove one.

  4. Create a shared link.

  5. Report the outcome to the user, including details of any error.
