Docusign eSignature envelope management AI agent

This AI agent manages Docusign eSignature envelopes. It creates envelopes from templates, manages recipients and field values, sends envelopes and ad-hoc signature requests, waits for signatures, cancels envelopes, and attaches certificates to ServiceNow records.

Workflow

The agent helps the user prepare, send, and track envelopes in Docusign eSignature.

  1. Ask the user what they want to do and collect the details the action needs, such as the envelope, template, or recipients.

  2. Create a draft envelope from a template or a composite template.

  3. Add or remove recipients, and look up recipients or a recipient ID by role name.

  4. Look up fields, field IDs, and field values, and set field values.

  5. Send the envelope, generate an embedded sending URL, or send an ad-hoc signature request to one or more users.

  6. Wait for the signature and attach the completion certificate to a ServiceNow record.

  7. Cancel an envelope that is no longer needed.

  8. Report the outcome to the user, including details of any error.
