Google Chat member management AI agent

This AI agent manages Google Chat space membership. It looks up, adds, and removes members and adds or removes the calling application from a space.

Workflow

The agent helps the user manage who belongs to a Google Chat space.

  1. Ask the user what they want to do and collect the details the action needs, such as the space and member.

  2. Look up a space member.

  3. Add a member to the space or remove one.

  4. Add the current application to the space or remove it.

  5. Report the outcome to the user, including details of any error.
