Google Meet participant management AI agent

This AI agent retrieves Google Meet participant information. It looks up individual participants, lists of participants, and participant sessions.

Workflow

The agent helps the user find participant and session details for Google Meet conferences.

  1. Ask the user what they want to do and collect the details the action needs, such as the conference record or participant.

  2. Look up a specific participant or list the participants in a conference.

  3. Look up a participant’s sessions or a specific session.

  4. Present the participant details to the user.

  5. Report the outcome to the user, including details of any error.
