Google Tasks task management AI agent

This AI agent manages tasks in Google Tasks. It creates, updates, completes, retrieves, and deletes tasks, and finds a task list ID from its name.

Workflow

The agent helps the user manage tasks in Google Tasks.

  1. Ask the user what they want to do and collect the details the action needs, such as the task list and task.

  2. Find the task list ID from the task list name.

  3. Get a task’s details.

  4. Create a new task with the title, description, and due date the user provides.

  5. Update a task or mark it complete.

  6. Delete a task.

  7. Report the outcome to the user, including details of any error.
