Jira utility management AI agent

This AI agent provides Jira utility actions. It copies issue attachments to ServiceNow records, looks up the latest attachment and comment on an issue, looks up field details, and retrieves server information.

Workflow

The agent helps the user pull Jira issue details and attachments into ServiceNow.

  1. Ask the user what they want to do and collect the details the action needs, such as the issue key.

  2. Look up Jira server information.

  3. Look up field details.

  4. Look up the latest comment or latest attachment on an issue.

  5. Copy an issue attachment to a ServiceNow record.

  6. Report the outcome to the user, including details of any error.
