Microsoft OneDrive permission management AI agent

This AI agent manages Microsoft OneDrive permissions. It creates sharing links and looks up, updates, and deletes permissions on files and folders.

Workflow

The agent helps the user control access to Microsoft OneDrive files and folders.

  1. Ask the user what they want to do and collect the details the action needs, such as the file or folder and the user or group.

  2. Look up the permissions on a file or folder.

  3. Create a sharing link with the settings the user confirms.

  4. Update a user’s or group’s permission.

  5. Confirm with the user and delete a permission.

  6. Report the outcome to the user, including details of any error.
