Microsoft SharePoint Online site management AI agent

This AI agent manages Microsoft SharePoint Online sites. It creates, updates, and deletes modern sites and subsites, creates root site subscriptions, and looks up sites, site collections, subsites, group information, role assignments, and permissions.

Workflow

The agent helps the user create, review, and manage Microsoft SharePoint Online sites.

  1. Ask the user what they want to do and collect the details the action needs, such as the site.

  2. Look up sites, a specific site, site collections, or a site collection ID.

  3. Look up modern site information or its group information, subsites, or subsite details.

  4. Look up a site’s role assignments or permissions.

  5. Create a modern site or subsite, or create a root site subscription.

  6. Update site information.

  7. Delete a subsite, a modern site, or a modern site with its Microsoft 365 group.

  8. Report the outcome to the user, including details of any error.
