Okta user management AI agent

This AI agent manages the Okta user lifecycle. It creates, activates, deactivates, suspends, unsuspends, and deletes users, restarts activation, clears sessions, checks lock status, and looks up users, profiles, and account details.

Workflow

The agent helps the user manage Okta user accounts.

  1. Ask the user what they want to do and collect the details the action needs, such as the user.

  2. Look up users, a user’s Okta ID, profile, or account details.

  3. Check whether a user’s account is locked.

  4. Create a new user, activate one, or restart activation.

  5. Suspend or unsuspend a user, or clear a user’s sessions.

  6. Deactivate or delete a user.

  7. Report the outcome to the user, including details of any error.
