Prometheus API AI agent

This AI agent analyzes and investigates Prometheus alerts and answers general Prometheus questions, surfacing infrastructure metrics through instant and range queries.

Workflow

1. Identify what to investigate.

   The agent starts from a Prometheus alert, from an entity name when the alert came from another vendor, or from a user's question.

2. Query Prometheus for the relevant alert details, metric behavior, and target health when investigating an alert.

3. Return the findings, including recommended actions and supporting evidence.
