SRE investigate AI agent
This AI agent coordinates investigation activities across multiple observability platforms by orchestrating tool-specific agents. It correlates findings, identifies probable root causes, and synthesizes comprehensive investigation reports.
Workflow
-
Identify what to investigate.
The agent starts from an alert and a question about it, such as its impact, or from a question about a specific observability tool.
-
Invoke the vendor agents that are relevant to the alert source, such as Dynatrace, New Relic, Kentik, and Splunk, and correlate their findings.
-
Save the investigation report to the alert and display it.
For more information about the supported vendor agents, see Configure observability agents for ServiceNow Otto.
