AICT deactivate dormant asset AI agent

This AI agent analyzes and retires dormant AI assets by running comprehensive analysis and creating offboarding change requests.

Workflow

This agent identifies single dormant AI assets, conducts impact analysis, generates offboarding recommendations, and creates a change request to remove the asset from governance without manual intervention.

  1. Parse the JSON objective containing the dormant asset details, including asset ID, name, deployment date, and governance record.

  2. Run comprehensive analysis on the asset to determine dependencies, impact, and retirement readiness.

  3. Generate an offboarding plan detailing steps to retire the asset safely.

  4. Create a change request to execute the retirement with all recommended actions and timeline.

  5. Return a detailed outcome report with analysis results, change request ID, and confirmation status.
