Configure AI Admin Hub

Use the AI Admin Hub console to activate the various AI applications and skills that you’re entitled to.

Configuration overview

Install and activate the plugins, turn on the AI panel, and view the account settings. You must install at least one AI application before you can configure any skills.

The following example shows the Settings page with available plugins to install, including ServiceNow Otto for Strategic Portfolio Management.

To enable the Agile story generation skill and project insights generation skill, verify that AI panel is enabled. For more information, see Activate the ServiceNow Otto panel standard chat. For Agile story generation skill, verify AI Search is activated and ready to use by navigating to All > AI Search > AI Search Status

Important: The Acceptance criteria generation skill also requires activating Refine Records skill.

• Install AI plugins
  Install AI plugins to enable generative AI on your instance.

• Skill inputs for ServiceNow Otto for Strategic Portfolio Management
  Learn about the inputs of each skill for the ServiceNow Otto for Strategic Portfolio Management application. Configuring the inputs for a skill helps you to determine how and when a skill is used.

• Update the project insights header and footer of email
  Use the script include to modifying the email template for project summary.

• Configure the Monitor project tasks AI agent in AI Agent Studio
  Monitor project tasks autonomously by configuring the AI agent in the AI Agent Studio.

• Configure the Project Data Quality Analysis skill
  Configure the Project Data Quality Analysis AI skill to enable it for your projects.
