Create a subflow

Create a subflow for the Workflow Studio for enabling external routing.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Procedure

1. On your ServiceNow instance, navigate to All > Flow Designer > Subflows.

2. From the Actions list, select Template - AWA Send Event.

3. Select Copy subflow from the More Actions menu [Omitted image "more-actions-ne-icon.png"] Alt text: More actions menu., copy the contents of the Template - AWA Send Event subflow and provide a name to it.

4. Configure the action that you created in Create a custom flow action.

   1. Select the Add an Action, Flow Logic, or Subflow.

   2. Select the action that you created and in the Actions form, fill in the fields.
